OUR APPROACH TO TRAINING -

Our Training week is balanced out and broken down into 3 main focus points.

  • Strength & Conditioning

  • Weightlifting

  • Engine Capacity


Strength & Conditioning -

These are the classes where we focus on big compound movements, paired with conditioning work-outs in the 15-20 minute range mixing in body weight, free weight and cardio movements.


Weightlifting -

We take a longer look at the initial Lift in these technique and skill focus Olympic Lifting Classes. Coach, Priming and Scaling are key aspects of these sesssions to ensure you learn correct technique for the higher skill set movements.

Usually finished with a shorter sub 12 minute Metcon style workout

Engine Capacity -

The Longer sessions for the week. Mixed up with Solo, Partner and Team based workouts. We stretch out the training from 30 - 45 minutes, to test our thresh hold and build our fitness with a mix of cardio, calisthenics and loaded movements.
